In order to continue to serve our customers and keep our employees safe, we at Sattrans USA are constantly monitoring the latest news and regulations about the COVID-19 situation nationwide and regionally. This page will be updated regularly and announcements will be made should any significant changes occur affecting our operations.

Satellite equipment online and phone orders: OPEN

Sattrans USA continues to process and ship online and phone orders. We expect to ship any in-stock item within 1-2 business days. Orders can be placed a www.SattransUSA.com or by calling +1-240-497-0070.

Satellite airtime recharges: OPEN

Satellite airtime recharges for Iridium, Inmarsat and Thuraya accounts can be made online at www.MySatPhone.com or by calling +1-240-497-0070. If you want to roll over any unused prepaid balance, please make sure that you place the order at least 3 business days before the expiration date.

Walk-ins or appointments at our Bethesda, Maryland location: CLOSED

In order to minimize physical contact and possible spread of the disease, our physical location is currently closed to general public for walk-ins or appointments. Please place your order online or over the phone (see above).
