Thuraya deactivates dormant prepaid subscribers - 31 Dec 2019

Thuraya will deactivate all dormant prepaid subscribers on December 31, 2019. For this purpose Thuraya will deem any prepaid account that hasn't been used for making any chargeable calls or text messages since January 1, 2017.

 In order to avoid deactivation, we suggest that you use your account(s) for any chargeable activity (calls, text messages or GmPRS data) as soon as possible.

After a prepaid account is deactivated, it can be reactivated by for a fee, equal to the current price of a new prepaid plan.
