How to check Thuraya PREPAY / NOVA prepaid balance?

You can check your Thuraya prepaid balance using the following methods:

• Online. Visit Thuraya Services webpage and clicking on "Online Billing Inquiry". You will need a PIN code to access this service. The PIN-code can be obtained by sending a blank text message (SMS) from your Thuraya phone to 1522 or by requesting it from SATTRANS.

• From your Thuraya phone. Send a blank text message (SMS) to 151 and you will receive an automatic response with your prepaid balance. A standard SMS charge will apply.
