What do I do if my Thuraya SIM-card has been lost or damaged?

If your Thuraya SIM-card was lost, stolen or damaged (beyond warranty terms), it will need to be replaced. The cost of the new SIM-card will be the same as the current price of a similar new plan.

Your existing account balance and the Thuraya phone number will be preserved and transferred to the new SIM-card.

IMPORTANT! If your SIM-card was lost or stolen, you should immediately contact SATTRANS. We will suspend your account to prevent any unauthorized use of your prepaid account. Until you contact us and we block your account, any usage of airtime from your account will not be recovered.
