Thuraya prepay rule changes - 1 Aug 2023

On August 1, 2023 Thuraya implemented several major changes to Thuraya prepay account rules.

• The initial preloaded credit of $10 will only be valid for 30 days after First Call (to 150) is made from the account.
• The Grace Period for expired prepaid accounts increased from 90 to 365 days. Inbound calls and messages are allowed during the entire grace period.
• Restoration of the expired balance is possible within the first 90 days of the grace period.
