Iridium 9555 handset is NOT compatible with Windows 8 or 10 operating systems.
It is therefore not possible to use Win 8/10 computers with the 9555 handset for Iridium's Direct Internet applications or for the 9555 firmware update. Please use a Windows 7 computer for these purposes.
